I have not receive the visa yet.it is being 7weeks now. I did tried every thing congress man, email, telephone calls now I give up.

I will wait till they remember my case. but what I did not understand is, wait the waiver to be approved

such long time 8-10months and still wait the embassy another process!!!!!!!!!!.

Montreal visa process is like baby step. What I did not understand is waiting all this long. when they finish every thing and hand your passport you have to wait again.

however, I have been waiting my waiver 8months. After I got approval early oct, I sent my passport and all what ever they needed to montreal. I am still waiting my passport.

It is been 6weeks now. I emailed and called no respond yet. by the way, every body is different I hope all of us went our process smoothly.

If your record is good you don't need RCMP

. I did mine $45 same day. some places they will tell you 5 businessdays or 2weeks. Do not do that. In toronto you can go near wonderland, York region.or in Ottawa you can do downtown. it depend where you live. Call local police record check in your area and ask them if it is same day.

HELLO. IT depend what you need. if you are sending document to the us consular,yes that is the reference you need to show in order to bill them.

If you want to track your delivery. no you need way bill. keep checking the csc web. here the

Iam having same situation to it is being a month now. I do not know what is wrong with montreal process. let us know when you got your visa also did you register Loomis branch location that you will pick up you passport .if no you will have delay.

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue? My fiance and his two children were told at their interview(in Montreal)they were approved, but here we are more than 2 weeks later with no news on when they will receive their passports back! When I call the DOS they tell me that the K1 has been issued, but the K2s are still processing. It's very frustrating waiting like this after they were told they were approved and he got his "Welcome to the US" letter...
