Hey! Ok I have updates for you. I just called DOS and they confirmed that my fiance was scheduled for an interview on December 11. So we are scrambling right now. I checked the schedule posted online and its their as well. Have you heard anything about yours? If not, I want to help by telling you pretty much what I did.

Does the Mumbai embassy have your package? DOS told me that embassy did not recieve my case from NVC, but NVC said they got it September 1.

Nope my fiancé did not. How about u? I have contacted DOS with no luck. I have contacted NVC and all they did was track it. They told me that t reached Mumbai on Septembermber 1. My fiances USCIS approval expires mid December, so I'm getting frustrated. Any news for u?
