Just read someone's post seeking advice (loophole) to stay in the country when she should be going back to her home country because she has an expired B2 visa. She said she cannot be apart & leave her husband for a year! HELLO...welcome to other people (like myself) already separated from my own husband & waiting patiently!! UGH

  It's painfully obvious that the goal of USCIC is to keep people out of the US. They could make it possible for families to remain together (allowing tourist visa's while petition process, etc) but they don't.
  
  Then the 'loophole' seekers make a screwed up system even worse.
