MY PETITION IS SUBMIT ON 2 AUGUST AND ON 12 AUGUST I GOT NOA 1..............AFTER 6 MONTHS OF MY NOA1 I GOT RFE ON 13 FEB 2013 I RECEIVED RFE OFFICIALY LETTER ON 15 FEB AND I SUBMITTED RFE RESPONSE 22 FEB .AT USCIS WEBSITE RFE RESPONSE REVIEW ON 26 FEB.. NOW I 'M STILL WAITING......IN MY PETITION THE MAJOR PROBLEM IN MY PETITION THAT WE NEVER MET IN PERSON...AND MY FIANCE SUBMIT A WAIVER REQUEST....SHE IS ABOVE THE POVERTY LINE ...45 DAYS HAVE BEEN GONE ..BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE NOA 2...............

WHAT THE HELL WITH VERMONT SERVICE CENTRE................AFTER 6 MONTH OF NOA1 I RECEIVED RFE AND I SUBMIT RFE ON 22 FEB ....IN USCIS WEBSITE RFE RESPONSE RVIEW SHOWS ON 26 FEB ...EVERYONE GOT NOA2 AFTER RFE.....CAN ANYONE TELL ME PLZ WHY THEY ARE NOT APPROVING MY PETITION.......FOR K1 VISA.............THANKS....

I have never lived in US so i was wondering what should i type.. like my current address from 0000-to feb 2013 or present with pen as u cant type present.

Adeel it is possible for your fiance to met with you, there should be no excuse to her not being able to met with you. So from the infomation i have collected on your profile she is not a pakistani. If you and her are really in love than please take everyones advice and tell her to meet with you. I know that you as a pakistani will not have that much option and financial to go anywhere around the world so it is up to your fiance. Good luck....

the next thing is that she herself has to prove that she makes enough money to support you when you arrive to USA meaning her income has to be more then 18,000 dollars a year. but they really expect to see around 25,000 dollars a year which is above the poverty line. NO you can not get a co-sponcer the cosponcer is only for K3 visa in Islamabad embassy

me and my fiance never met in person ....but when she submitt petition ..she also submit a waiver request.....bcz we never met in person .. if uscis approve my fiance petition and also approve waiver request then my question is us embassy will give me visa or not...i post before wrong topic sorry for..

i think i post a wrong wordss..i explain...................my fiance is not rich....daily pay basis......when she ssubmit petition..with petition she request a waiver with petition...now my questiion is if petition and waiver is accepted then us embassy will give me visa or not?

i aam not saying that islam and christian does not alow to meet before marry....my fiance told me she cannot come....her father is ill and also she live alone...and so many reason......but guys tell mee if my petition approve and the time of interview she is with me.then

The petition will be denied. The biggest requirement of the I-129f is that the two of you must have met in the last 2 years.

No Christian church law prohibits meeting before marriage.

It doesn't make sense that both Islam and Christian rules prevents you and your fiance from meeting while it is okay in Pakistan for a Christian to marry a Muslim???
