Hi Guys,I received my welcome notice last September 15 and today I got my green card today in the mail ! Goodluck to every one here and see you all in 2 years for renewal.

I am on my driving lesson and hope to get my DL before winter.

Congrats to everyone who got good news with their status.

I have a question.I'm an early February filer from NYC and i got my potential interview waiver letter in June.

Yesterday(September 16),my status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview"

Is this a regular step for all who gets waiver letter or that means i'm getting an interview for sure.

Anyone has an idea?

Oh wow im sorry to hear that.After receiving the interview waiver I think you are going for interview. I read some couples here went to interview even they got the waiver so its normal.

Is that a typo? should be 9/17? Although if they did it backwards i woudlnt be surprised LOL OMG thank you so much I was like WTH is ADIT processing now !!! :{ I'll be checking the mailbox like a loon. And omg no email or text notice for us at all. I've been saying for the passed few weeks oh I should hope onto Visa Journey and see if any movement with fellow filers has been happenning but then I had a miscarriage and things were obviously a sad state for a bit. So this is an amazing bit of news. HOpefully we can go on our trip and my hubs can have his green card in hand and enter the country feeling like hes coming home. He's already adapted so beautifully even though he cant find a job LOL. But he will. Patience is a virtue....so they say. This process has given me grey hair and taught me I should have become an immigration attorney and charged boatloads of $$$ lol. Hugs to you guys and I wish you the best... NOW WHATS ROC?????

Oh yay! So maybe we can expect it in the next few weeks. Our notification of receipt date is in NOV!!!!!! 2 months away but I'm hoping its just to desuade people from harassing them with WHERES MY CARD telephone calls. If they processed these quicker they would get less calls...lol Theres a thought. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Congrats! We also received a welcome notice by email stating Sept 15 of welcome letter .:

"Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by November 14, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later."

Hoping that it will not come sooner than Nov.14.Anyway its a good news and super happy!!

Exaclty 1 week today since my EAD/AP got approved my status updated to Card was mailed to me.i am so happy i hope it will be in my mailbox tomorow .I have many plans soon i get my combo card : to change my name to married name in my ssn,to add me to my hubbys bank account and the most awaited thing to do is apply learners permit so i can practice driving!Oh God there are so many things to do in this process!

After receiving my EAD card yesterday, we went ahead and opened a joint account today And I'll be having my exam next week for my driver's license.. Things are going pretty fast after getting the EAD card.

Hello Guys,i just checked my status finally my EAD status change to Card was ordered to be produce and my AP status is approved!

But my AOS still the same status finger print fee received.But this made me happy to know i got my combo card coming !

I guess we should get our EAD and AP combo card in a couple of weeks. When did you file your application?

Yes hoping combo card will come before end of this month ,our application for reciept date is Feb.17

Biometrics done march 18

Case scheduled for interview may 7

We have same biometrics date done March 18 but im not from Houston.Good for you your case is already scheduled for interview.My status never change from notice date and receipt date.

Where are you guys checking the online status ? is it the "myUSCIS case status" website where you enter the receipt number ? or is it some place else ?

I checked mine in my android phone.i download the app of USCIS.its more convenient for me checking in the phone than computer.

Yayyyy for you getting your appointment ...just got out of mine and Im kinda mad and worried, 2 of my fingerprints were rejected by the computer even tho the lady tried a few times and for what I've been reading it all means they'll send me a new date for another appt which means my process will get delayed for a few weeks :/

im from PA to and planning to go apply dl learners permit .after reading this im sad because i dont have Ead yet.just done with my biometrics .

so i think i have to wait more longer to learn to drive.we were hoping to learn and drive soon as the weather gets warmer

Just got "touched". Nothing changed but the date. (So far, there's still time today).

Our case was in 'ready' status for 29 days....don't sweat it, you will see 'Issued' soon.

Wow 29 days in Ready status.afer 29 days it went issued or you also went ap then issued?

I just worried because i kept in touch with the other applicants that went same interview date and they are issued already. Thank you for replying

I had my K1 Visa interview on fri august 22 and was accepted and approved.I did not given 221g form or any lacking documents to send back .I was told to wait the 2go text and go home.

However, it is now Friday August 29 and my CEAC status is still set to 'Ready'. Isn't it supposed to have changed to 'Issued' or "AP" by now?

Anyone else had this "issue"?

How many days or it is months did you wait until you can get the cemar with remarks after the marriage certificate with annotation issued?

Hello to all .hope anyone can help me . I am annulled and im preparing for my interview .I went to nso to get a cenomar but instead they give me a cemar crs form 5 advisory of marriages. it was written there my name and my x husband name but there is no word or remark/anotation that it was anulled marriage?do i really need this paper for my interview ?im worried that if i send this cemar with no remarks that im annuled.

by the way,I have a marriage cert. from nso with annotation at the side with null/void in from nso in secpa/authenticated.

Infinity2012 im having same problem of yours.im annuled and already have marruage contract annonated on hand and when i requested my cemar and the remarks is missing.im from davao city and the nso davao branch cant help me.did you went to nso main and got your cemar?what docs did they asked more?

My fiancee NOA2 expires in about 3 weeks. I know I can request the

overseas consulate to extend this approval. How did you all go about

doing this, if indeed you did? Email? Fax? Is there a form I need to

fill out for this, or just simply ask in my own words for an extension?

If and when they grant an extension, how long do they grant it for?

Another 4 month period?please share your experience with this.thanks
