How long does its take to get your  I-130 approved ?

We filed AOS  back in February and Our case is ready to be schedule for an interview. We already received EAD and AP. However, our Houston's office is backlog with the processing . Its would take aleast a year to receive our AOS's interview . 

My grandma is taken the English civic question US Citizen in our motherland's language. You can file about it on USCIS website . Good luck

Thanks you Bill for your input. Well , I'm very concered that if she didnt going school for the Fall and Spring . Technically she is already out of status when we came back to the states after the trip. They are not letting her enter the country. Hopefully its will not happened but I just want to be safe and know if anyone in the forum abadon their F-1 visa while AOS pending experience any problem when Return back to USA.

I had filed AOS for my wife on February 2017 and now we are in financial hardship.She been in the states since 2015 and we are married in August 2016. I would like to know if she quit going school abandon her F1visa and want to start working.  . Does its cause any problem when we have the AOS interview? Also, we are planning to leaving the country on September and come back in October . Do you CPB will not allowed her to come back to United states ? She already received her work permit and advance parole . Thanks you for your input

I have sent an email to Houston office to ask about why many cases are outside of the currently time frame, hope they will look into this for everyone from May and June.

How long have you filed adjustment of status? I recently filled for my wife On Febuary2017. Just currious how long is the waiting time for Houston filler..

I received AP approval too while there no update status for I-130/I-485  beside case ready to schedule for an interview

No I didnt . Its just 

 regular processing

2/13 Priority date 

3/30 case change to ready to schedule interview 

4/17 EAD card is produced

Good new guys. My wife EAD card has been procuded...

This link says they were processing mid Feb 2016 back in January, so for the last month I was expecting to hear something.

Just checked their processsing time and Priority already pass . I dont understand why you havent received your interview...

I believe you requested to expedite the EAD thats why you get it so quick the rest of us have to wait in line for processing time

I dont know how about your case but They didnt sent me anything regard to case statua except when they received the case. I have to frequently check the case to see if its ready for interview .

Not yet Madam. Out field office is Houston have a long waiting list . You might get early interview date than me.

 March 10 received Biometric is scheduled for March 22,2017

I receieved the corrected NOA1 too. Also, I check my wife AOS application ts show the case is ready to schedule for interview? Anybody on the same boat?

I can able to track my case now after my wife got her biometric done. Is that meant we dont get RFE letter?

Iam reside in Houston too. I was wondering how long it would take to receive EAD Card after biometric appoiment ?  We filed AOS on Febuary 13 and her biometric is this Wednesday. Thank you for your prompt respond!
