Definitely not a reason for a waiver, because
1. If she waited another few months, she could get her passport back and travel and
2. You haven't even tried to get a tourist visa (yes, you will likely be denied but you need to at least try).
Thank you
Actually we will wait.
I have tried once before but denied

That will probably not get you a waiver, maybe you could get a tourist visa and come see her??
thank you for this advice

Sorry, why do you want to get involved with someone who you've never met and who has a drug charge?
First: Thank you for having a look to my issue
Secound: I met this beautiful honest lady before she got in such trouble and loved her so much with all my heart and I will wait for her till I pass away. But I just wanted to be with her as soon as I can to support her.

Hello everybody,
thank you for this wonderful site.
I have an issue and dont know what to do and hopping anybody can help me.
i have been in wonderful relationship with an american lady for one year and a half now. we have been talking for hours every day for one year and a half now and we used to send gifts for each other and for the mamebers of both our families.
We never met in person because her passoprt is withholeded during the process because she was arrested while she was in a car with a friend and they found some drugs without prescribtion. there was a court date bur its posponed for another date inlast september but the courte didnt set the date yet till this moment.
My question is : is this a good reason for applying for k1 visa for her fiencee since its impossible for her to travel without the passport?
will that be a strong reason for waiving the condition of meeting in person? because we never met in person ?
I hope anybody help and say what should we do
Thank you all
I-130 and G325a form help request
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
I have been working in a foreigner country since 2009 till now. I am going to my home on one month vacation to meet my lady and get married and I will be back to work.
So, relating to my address in the I-130 form Question C 2 and Question 19, should I type my address in my home country or my address in the foreign country where I am working and staying?
and relating to the G-325a form: ( Applicant's residence last five years. list present adress first )
since we will try to complete the forms together while I am on my vacation in my home country and then travel back to my work in the foreign country.
Should i type my present address the one where I am staying on my vacation. or the address in the foreign country.
or Should I declare in a separate sheet: (starting from: my address will be ( the working address in the foreign country)
and one last question: where would the interview be ( home country or the foreign country where i am staying and working)
