Need Urgent Help
My Wife got an RFE. I have to Submit a English translated copy of her Birth Certificate. Her Birth Certificate is in Arabic.
I have already submitted a translation done in Kuwait. But the RFE says "It is not a certified English translation".
Can anyone suggest me whom can i contact to get a the translation done.
Please reply soon. This is urgent.

Is this 1st status after acceptance status? People who got thier Interview approved please help me to understand this...

i have used the cross chargeability law for applying my 485 (wife is kuwait born Indian citizen). Anyone applied on similar lines?

I don't know what exactly is wrong with my case??? I got an update that my card is in production on Jan 17 and nothing for mailed or whatever! How long it takes for this card to be "produced"? Everybody else got update like the next day that the card is mailed???
Wait till 26th Jan and then call the Customer care to get an update on the card delivery.

Dam that's crazy as hell but REALLY good for you. I'm sure your going crazy cause I would. I'm sure uscis don't just put up random updates....but your correct about when you have everything in hand.your one of the rare few.
Based on the initial text messages my wife has got her travel arrangements done for the 12th after Finger printing is done. Now if i do not receive the cards by tuesday we have to cancel her trip and she will not be able to go to India as her has no vacation at her schol till Next August.
Hope to get a positive news

How does logging into the USCIS website work to check on your case status? I got my first NOA's, but didn't notice any case # on them. Maybe I overlooked them?

Sent ours on the 19th of Nov, no texts amd check not cashed yet. Anyone else taking this long? Is there anyone to call? I sent with signature confirmation and someone signed on the 21st.
It takes 10-14 days for the NOA to come by Mail....

today morning i received another SMS and email that my Case is in POST Decision Activity. And they have mailed my Approval Notice. I called up the USCIS Rep and he told me that he cannot see any updates of Card production.
Might be all these are just Random updates from USCIS. Untill i get anything in Hand i am not going to celebrate. Mostly i am also in the same boat with all of you as of now....

My wife got an RFE on the Birth Certificate saying the translation is not certified, send a certified translation.
She was born in Kuwait and we got the translation done from Kuwait.
