A G325A form is a biographical form asking my mother and fathers name, city real simple questions. I had to fill out my wifes form. She printed it out in Indonesia because she had to sign her name with a black pen and send it to me. I had to fill out the same form and put it with the I-130 form.

I recieved Merry's G325A form today signed. She put her maiden last name like on her ID and passport. On the phone she had told me she only signed her first name and mailed it. It was a miscommunication. It makes it difficult when her culture does not change her last name to her husbands last name at the time the marriage is registered. Like in the USA, change it asap, the next week.

Hi rickyrou last week the rain flooded the Jakarta post office and have been closed. Merry will mail the form this week to me. At first her birth certificate had her name spelled wrong it took 5 months to fix it. I need to make a cover sheet. The I-130 is 2008 and finished but I need to see if I need to use the new 2013 form. My back pain slows me down but I will not give up. thank you for asking
