I just want to make sure my husband has everything he needs for the AOS. As far as i remember right now he filled out the form, got his tax transcripts of the last 3 years and will print his LES (of what time frame should he get it? 3 months?) he said he will also make a copy of his military id

Is there anything important that we are missing right now??

In my country we had to call the embassy or check their website to book appointment. It took 2 weeks before they finally open up days for k-1 interviews.

When k-1 visa holder is applying for application of status does the $1070 include fee for application of employment authorization and advanced parole when filed all together? Also, how does one know where to get a surgeon to sign medical form? Also can the intending immigrant send application without ssn?
