  1. Received the email from NVC and attachment in their email: PAOSF I-130 and ACL for neopost.

It has my wife's name like this - 2nd middle name, First name, 1st middle name, Last name.

For example: Tiffany (first name), Carol (1st middle name), Ann (2nd middle name), Smith (last name)

But they have it: Ann Tiffany Carol Smith

Does this need to be corrected?

  2. I can't stop blaming myself now :( it raised my hope when it got to the consulate and now it's shattered like glass....I'm sorry I don't mean to rant but I am feeling really down right now. I really don't care of the advantages I just wanted to go home to my hubby. If only they had sent my I-130 to the NVC on time I would have been done with it by now :(

yup looks like I won't make it for my 1st wedding anniversary which is in March :(

why didn't you file the cr1 in march after your wedding and waited until october to file it? you would have been done by now.

  3. Congratulations! There are a lot of June babies around here! Are you trying to have her enter the US before birth? I suppose that if she doesn't, you'll have to wait until the baby can get a passport to fly, right? We are staying put here in Spain until the baby is born, but I am slightly concerned that between approval and baby's passport arriving we wont have a lot of wiggle room to enter the US before his visa expires.

I hope your wife is able to get her interview before she's due! Best of luck.

thanks. she'll give birth in vietnam. we just want this whole process to be completed and not have to worry about it anymore before she gives birth. we'll apply for the passport and maybe she can come to the USA a month after her due date. there's 6 months after approval that he can enter the US. that's probably enough time. :)

  4. congrats on the expected new born and NVC progress. we have dame due month :). I am IN A HURRY so he can come in b4 i give birth LOL.

Just want to check in. We got our email from NVC yesterday. Our NOA2 was dated December 14, 2012. Our email fro NVC was dated January 22, 2012. So it's taking a bit longer than 30 days it seems. We've paid our AOS invoice online and requested to be contacted via email. I think we may decide to delay providing our AOS a bit. I'm pregnant and due in June. We will be staying here until the baby can get a passport. So I'm not in a big hurry to speed the process along.

congrats. add my wife to the list that is due in june too.

we're at the NVC stage and trying to have her get an interview before she gives birth.

  5. Mine was approved 11 days before yours and it's not even at NVC yet!!! it'll be a month next week for me, you still have some time! technically it's only been 7 business days for you!

How come your case is not at NVC yet? I called NVC and they said they have my case already but it still needs to be loaded into the system. So I have to wait for it to be loaded then I get the case number.
