I wanna check if AOS is already invoiced but when I signed in in the payment portal this message shows...You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information.
Should I call NVC or just wait? Is this a normal thing?

Thank you... that helps.

Hello everyone! I called NVC and finally got the case number and IIN. Choice of agent was emailed by my wife to NVC just a while ago. Can I go ahead and pay the AOS or should I wait for the NVC Fee bill from NVC?
Please help. Thanks

I think it's Denver Field Office.

Thanks everyone!
My case was transferred to NBC on August 27, but I don't know what local office it was forwarded to from there. On September 5, my case status was changed to being processed.
