    Hi good day to all of you! Is there anybody that can asnwer my questions?On 15th of Oct. 2013 my fiance sent our petition at TSC and he received the NOA1 from CSC on Oct. 18th. So, his question are.........who will send him the NOA2? TSC or CSC office? We appreciate all your answer. Thank you and God bless to all of us.

      CSC. Texas is where all petitions are sent and then forwarded to where they belong. So CSC will process it and send you response. Hope this helps.

      September filers here. NOA1 5th of Sept. I just made plans to do things for the next two months. Not expecting anything anytime soon. Good luck !!

    my other half will petition me...using fiance' visa. we are still in the process of getting all the things compiled. I would like to ask if how long would It take for us to wait for the result after we sent the I-129 form... please give us an info regarding to this. Thank you and God bless!

      currently, it seems like waiting for your notice of approval 2 (NOA2) would be between 6-8 months, sometimes longer. Then your papers go to NVC and then to embassy and to interview.

    One of the day where i feel absolutely hopeless and I am not sure I can handle it anymore.

    someone's lawyer said it might take up to 12 months for NOA2's due to the immigration changes...I think i am gonna be sick...

    based on bla bla you might have your NOA2 by March 3rd so slap on a month or two and it will be about right ?

      you know how it is when you are driving late at night and the last stretch just feels endless....that about explains how i am feeling and its not even the last stretch !! :)

    started exercising again...took only 2 months...hopefully it will help with the wait. (so out of shape)

      So did I until I moved to the middle of nowhere and cant get around haha BUT i purchased a whole lot of things for home....the wait had me sit by my computer now i feel like a potato uh !!! :) GL on your interview btw. aaahhh !!
