I submitted my application on 8/3/12 and figer print was done on 9/5. Also I received yellow letter stating that I need to bring my Driver's ID to the interview and they completed reviwing my application, but they need the my driver's ID to schedule the interview. SO I made appointment with infopass, and visited the local office. The officer told me that they requested A-file transfered while the file was digitized...(why they even requested the file which is able to view from the online..) Anyway, they retrived the file on 10/17, so there is nothing he can do, but asked me to wait and study the test. Well, now it has been 2 weeks since I have the yello letter and my online status is still in "initial Review"...How long does it take to usually get interview letter in mail?
I don't understand why it takes so long for my case since my case is very simple. No travel to outside of the US, and no criminal record. Someone in Seattle submitted application a month later than mine, and he already did interviewed. Fraustrating...
