    Como que você ficou sabendo do seu RDJ? O meu noa é do dia 24 de maio, estou ansiosa para saber do rdj

      Ah sim...eu liguei onte e disseram para esperar 15 dias uteis....toma que dia 7 quando eu ligar eles já tenham meu RDJ e que eu n tenha que esperar os 15 dias uteis que dá dia 17. Obg :)

      Deixa eu te falar, tem algo estranho com sua timeline...se vc recebeu a noa2 em 14 de maio, como pode a nvc receber o package dia 10 de maio?....será que vc nao inverteu? Pf gostaria de saber qto tempo levou para a nvc receber e despachar com seu rdj..obg

      Olha...parece que VSC transferiu muitos cases....e eles estão começando a aprovar de dezembro... acredito que em 2 meses eles começam 2013...normalmente fazem nov e dez, jan e fevereiro...e nunca é na ordem...porque teve uma pessoa do dia 13 de fev foi aprovada antes de mim.e o meu era 6 de fev...mas n se preocupe a noa sempre vem na hora certa....boa sorte :)

    We mailed the i129f packet Saturday!!! After a long gruesome experience with an immigration attorney from Houston we made the tough decision to cut our losses, fire her and do this ourselves! For anyone just starting if you hire an attorney please do research on them... They can slow your process down like ours was. Thankfully we are on our road to being together:) we will try to keep posting here for everyone.

      Hie .. well I think depends of whom you hire. I have a great attorney and he's doing quickly papers and all. Me and my fiancé chose to hire one because my fiancé doesnt have time to do all papers, he's very busy. I think before you hire an attorney you should make some search to see if they are really good on it.

      My lawyer sent the package on jan 31st and in 4 days we got the first NOA1.

      Well I hope all works for you both.

    yeah,, another valentines day without the love of my life, 3 years now, i just cant handle im missing him damn bad! now our lifes depends on a k1 aprovall... i ask myself everyday when i check my status, those ppl from uscis knows what love is?do they can go home celebate VD knowing that on theirs hands are a destiny of many couples,that would die for just a kiss and hug from ur loved one , on the VD?
