  1. Have you called the customer service to inquire about your petition? Or at least calling your rep or sen? They are definitely stop or slowed down on approving again...

The customer service people don't know anything except for the fact that July 18th is the current processing date. I have contacted my congressperson and they made an inquiry. She said that my case in in the adjudications unit and will be assigned to an adjudications office (whatever that means). That was two weeks ago. Worrying about them slowing down does no good. Let's do all we can, then wait for the big news.

  2. I really hope that you're right.

IF there are anymore July to Sept filers that are waiting please let us know

As for October filers there are 68 unapproved and 18 of those have RFE.

I'm still waiting! No RFE and no NOA2 and my NOA1 date is September 6th. I have no idea why it is taking so long for my petition to be approved. Hopefully any day now though.

  3. I also got the exact same reply from him. I think we all should think as positive as possible because thinking negatively just leads everyone to frustration, sadness, and pain. As glenmar said, the last time he responded to us he said that they would be realigning resources to work on I-129F visa petitions, and look, they actually did! Even though the cases were from the wrong months, the amount of approvals we have seen since April 8th is the most we have seen in a very very long time, which is a great sign that they are actually moving again. Now we can wait to see if he is right in his news that they should be "back on track starting today (April 16th)." And as a side note, after seeing how negative and pessimistic everyone has been on here because of these issues, I hope to see a whole lot of happiness and celebration once we do receive our NOA2's! :)

  4. Something better than nothing, hopefully a sign of good things to come.

That's exactly what I'm thinking. Let's stay positive people. We haven't seen this kind of movement in forever, so I'll take it as a good sign that things will start moving again. :)

  5. Exactly who sent you this message? Is it actaully reliable? I think all of us have gotten our hopes up many times, but are then saddened that things don't end up moving quickly. I know you weren't supposed to send details, but did they mention when they would be shifting the resources over to fiancé(e) visas?
