can you change the date of your NoA1 i don't think that's correct

now a days you cannot go to the passport dpet . the will not give you a appointment . you have to go on this website i have given you . Fill in your details and it automatically gives you a appointment date go with the mandatory documents they require with Rs 400 and you will get it issues in another 2 days

what questions did they ask you ?

The PCc there need is from the passport office. you can get it online go to this website create a ID and it will tell you what exactly to go
