Are you here with a K1 or K3 visa?

I came here with a K3 visa...and I have to adjust my status here for a imigrant visa. My question is: my aplication for I130 was aproved on january 1st this year...so I can file my AOS anytime...but I know that the petition I130 stays at NVC only one year...so I'm wondering " Can I send my AOS papers next year in february after we do our taxes? Because we want to be able to show that we can suport ourselves, cause for last year my husband worked only half a year so he won't be able to prove that he can suport me."

I'm afraid that we won't be albe to file AOS after december this year...and I won't be elegible for an imigrant visa if I will wait till february

My k3 visa is valid 2 years...but I dunno when to aply for AOS...

I'm so confused...please...someone ...HELP

Does the approval notice you get in your email saying "an approval notice has been mailed to you" means the EAD card has been mailed ? (biometrics are already done, by the way)

Hi! Today I had my biometrics for my EAD.

Do they charge you 70$ when you do biometrics only for the EAD??? They didn't say anything about some fee.

I sent them 180$ for the aplication in December when I sent I-756 to Chicago.

hello. I'm here on a K3 visa since december 2005. my I130 was aproved in january but we didn't send our AOS package yet..various reasones...

now my husband has to go in Europe for 2 weeks and I wanna go wiht him cause I don't wanna stay home alone...

my visa is valid for 2 years with multiple entry in US and my I 95 is valid till december 2007...but my I130 was allready aproved so>>>>>> my K3 visa is still available to travel???

How does one report a spouse that doesn't yet have a SS number ? I plan do to my taxes in TurboTax but it asks for a SS# for the spouse. Do you just file as "married" .... or what ?

I think you have to send noa 1 from 130 also in your packet for 129 f.
