  1. Hi. Apologies if this question has been asked already but I am currently in the process of filling in my forms for AOS and I need my vaccination record (I-693) updated to reflect my now complete vaccination history. I see from the FAQ sticky that it may be possible to have this done over the phone by a doctor in TX but I do not see the name listed on the USCIS Civil Surgeon Locator webpage. Does anybody know whether it is still possible to use this doctor, or should I just stick to those on the official list?

    Advice appreciated. Thanks!

  2. Hi guys

So we finally got our NOA2 (yay!) and I am looking ahead to finances.

I am the US petitioner, but my fiancé and I both live and work in Scotland (I have done so for a decades now).

The way I understand it, I cannot financially sponsor him if I don't meet the domicile requirements regardless of my foreign income (which is rather moot anyway since I won't have this job when we go back). That means I need a domestic co- sponsor, and then we both fill in the financial forms, right?

Terrible as it is to need my parents to underwrite us, they have agreed. I just need to figure out exactly what to send them and what sort of evidence they have to gather.

Also, I have been self employed here in the UK for the last three years, so any advice on remotely filing this info from previous folk would be really helpful too- I have HMRC tax returns and things, but figure I'll also need to declare my assets etc as we begin to move our finances over.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
