    What's on your mind?Hi everyone! can you give me some advices or answers about this... Well, me and my husband still here in philippines. last year my husband became US CITIZEN and holding us passport and also he has philippine passport but he never been in usa (he became us citizen by applying derivative US citizenship for adults) does he needs exit clearance when we leave going to US? or does he need to pay something in immigration? hope you can help me..
