    Hi everyone, might someone can answer or give me idea... my husband and I planning to file our petition by december. we have concern regarding the filing. This is the thing, He have filed a petition for fiance visda to his ex gf sometime september 2010. and the result is the form has been returned due to lack of documents or proof.after that he didnt follow up. because they broke up already and he met me. ...is it have an effet on our petition??
