New Form - California

Old form or New?

I recall that we who applied in January had the choice of using the old form versus the new one.

Since now approvals put me right in the middle (as many approved as sent in application before me as after me) I am wondering which version of the form they used.

As the approved people are probably not checking this board anymore, I will ask the unapproved: Which form and Which Center?

For me it is:

Just got our biometrics appointment for 02/19/2016.

NOA1 Date: 01/19/2016

Check cashed today, 01/22/2016

USPS states that paperwork deliver 01/19.

We just sent our packet off today 01/15/2016.

We got our LPR card today. We are done for the next 21 months Good luck to the rest of y'all.

They want to see the originals. I didn't take anything new, but then I submitted all originals. If you sent copies, have originals on hand.

Interview done. Card production ordered. Yippeee

It is a combo card. But all the notifications are associated with the EAD. In reality the card is an EAD that "might" allow travel if it is endorsed for travel. That is probably why the notifications are only with the EAD. Just look at the bottom of the card when you get it and it will say whether you can travel with it or not.

My wife now has the combo card in her possession. Next up: interview on Tuesday

2/25 notice of production

2/26 notice of sending (with tracking number).

Card/ Document Production

On February 25, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file.

I'm starting to think my AP/EAD has just been forgotten about. Over two months now and it still just says they've received it etc.

Keep trying to tell myself it doesn't matter and I'm lucky that I've got an interview appointment, but I really wanted to visit home this month. :/

How many others out there are still waiting for AP/EAD?

Patience. You are about a week after us. We just got our AP/EAD approvals today.

Checked again and now the site says that AP approved also

EAD card production ordered 02/21.

AP still in initial review

Interview on March 4

Our I485 has been updated to testing and interview. AP and EAD are still in initial review. Biometrics were done on 01/09.
