Our Story
We met while studying abroad in Sweden. We spent 5 months getting to know each other and falling in love. When our semester was over I returned to the USA and he returned to Pakistan we kept in contact and soon realized that life without the other was close to impossible. We visited each other 3 months later . We spent two weeks touring Latvia where he proposed at the radio tower in Riga .I said yes and after flying home our process started. We have been engaged since September 2011

I called the Department of State to check the status on my case on January 29th 2012. I was informed my case was pending and the embassy was waiting for me to return requested information. I was so aggravated by this , considering I have sent them EVERYTHING they asked for ,and havent received any email or post asking for additional information. At this point I contacted the US embassy in Islamabad to inquire what documents they are waiting for . They responded by email, that case is AP ,They...

  This whole process is crazy and its tearing so many lives apart. I cant believe they make you jump threw so many hoops and wait so long for a 3 month visa - this is crazy
