Hi you all I need word of advice , I have n-400 pending and have done my fp. But now my wife wants to separate. Does that mean I have to withdraw my n- 400 petition and file before my 5 years mark.

Hi all do somebody know the time line for Boston office or anyone of you applied to Boston . My application was recieved on 0ct 5 and already did my finger printing but haven't heard anything and can anyone tell me how to check your n400 status online coz I don't see any receipt no on my noa just application number

Sorry for your loss , I was approved at interview too but they gave me approval letter on spot after interview and got my gc 2 weeks latter, you can also check your case status at uscis.gov with your receipt number

Yes I agree never lie to immigration official regardless of your status , honesty always pay in end have trust

Interview question we're very simple 1) like wife full name date of birth where she works what's her job title 2) who lives with you what's your full address which school ur step son goes to how he go to school what time he comes back 3) where you go for vacation did u meet wife family

Just small simple question of general life nothing like 485 , we did took more recent bank statements and bills

Our first 485 interview was bad experience I think that's the reason they called us

Uscis treat all cases diffrently like I filled my application on sept 12 2011 and got interview in oct 2013 and was approved but some other sept 2011 filler are still waiting and some got approval in 9 months , really depend on your case

Hi guys I am new to vj but was reading your post regularly and want to share good news with all my sept filler my card was approved last week after 13.5 months of wait . I was given approval letter at interview now waiting foru physical gc. Good luck to you all who already got the card and who are waiting , pl don't loose hope have faith in god. Your time I's coming v v soon.

Nicely said Mr jogner I agree with you to it's seems like a black hole in the universe with no end but just hope. Any how I went to my senators office and they ask me if I got one year extension letter and they told me to come back when I crossed a year mark and when I went back they did the inquiry and I was given same answer the one I got from immigration when I did service request . But may be your senator office is kind enough to help you.Good luck

Hello my friend my heart goes for you I can understand your feeling coz I was in abusive relationship too. Remember one thing god is still there and good people are still left on our planet. As for your case the best thing will be to contact a good immigration lawer who have experience dealing with i751 waivers, in mean time collect as many proof you have that show ur commingling and you enter marriage on good faith , also try to get lot of notaries letter from friends and family ( specially if someone from your wife's family could testify) also you should see marriage councillor , so you can tell immig that you tried best to save ur marriage, go for counseling with or without your wife. Over the years I have reads people experiences and all these statement were been shared. But I am not any lawyer so make sure to see some good lawyer and get your social security no ASAP

I think no one case is same and immigration want to make sure they are making right decision after all they have bosses to answer too , my case was very complicated but my marriage was true and have been married for over 4 years and love my wife but unfortunately circumstances were bad. But as I always say and believe truth prevails . I exactly know everybody's feeling coz I have been through that , although its a long road just think positive and all will be good in the end.
