      its complicated, to hard to file yourself. You are better of hiring an attorney to help you, its piles of proof.

    I'm a BIT lost I sent out my I 130 the middle of Aug, they recieved it the end of Aug. I got the receipt saying that It's been received. About how long will I have to waut to receive any updates?
