I also asked for an expedite but no one ever replied then I called uscis and they told me to email at this address and they will respond within 10 days . I e maild the address explaining my situation, no one replied but the 11th day my husband got both approved 130 and 129f . Prays the Lord . If anyone wants to try it this is where I was told to send my e mail to: SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov I hope this helps..

I am married and if u do your homework first u will find that after filing k3 u have the right to apply for k1 visa while k3 is in process since they say it takes a lot longer.

K3 approved April 1,13 and K1 approved april2,13 Which do I have to go with and or what is faster ? Please help!

And I never received a aproval for expedite or a letter or a message on my phone I went to check my case nr at uscis.gov and there it was all the info up to date . I even send an email they were suppose to answer within 10 days but no one did . But April 1,2 both approved! God is great!

OMG!!!!! This Is a miracle from above! Today I got approved April2,2013 for both my i130 and i129f .

November 9 filer ) my husband and my unborn child are arriving in the same time prays The Lord !

After 5 months Noa2 aproved both i130 and i129f thank u God my husband will be here by the time our son is born .... Happiest day of my life !!!!

Wooow I'm in you shoes exactly I married my husband in jordan came home pregnant I applied for him nov 9. 2012 still nothing ... I'm alone pregnant almost giving birth in two and half months ... All We have its viber tango what's app and Facebook it's Si hard ... I can't believe I will give birth alone and uscis doesn't even care ... Good luck

Did anyone received noa2 yet?

HI guys , I got married and pregnant September16,12 in Jordan. Came back to US alone applied for I-130 October 20,12 got NOA1 5 days later applied for I-129F November 9,12 received NOA1 November15.

Called USCIS December 28,12 asking for an expedite request , the lady did it over the phone, under Humanitarian reasons..I received a letter January 9,13 saying :"We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. "

How long does shortly means ?! Im confused and scared my husband will not be here for my delivery ... Any advice or similar cases please I would like to hear from you !

Us citizen daughter trying to apply for change of status for dad . His visa expired few years a go and my question is : can she apply for adjustment of status if he entered legally but remained in the USA after visa expired ? And how can she make him legal he is also 70 years old if it would make a difference . Please help! Thanks!
