If our I130 got approved April1, and I129F the next day April2, which should i go with ? What s faster and better?

I have called uscis to request an expedite do to the fact that I am pregnant and I am do may 30 th worried my husband will not be here for my delivery...THey did an expedite request with me over the phone , I received a letter one week later saying : " We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly.
