So frustrated...after a year of being at Nebraskas illustrious USCIS with an RFE and all finally got our NOA2 September 25...and guess what still havent received it at NVC....So now more paperwork and phone calls for me to do ....send an email here and there and will will research it but cant tell you how long it will be ...but dont forget to call USCIS because even tho you did that yesterday the person that answers the phone today will have a totally different lie for you to fall victim to.....

Sept 13,13 had interview couldnt prove bonafide relationship was put in AR.....Nov 14, 13 NVC status says in AP....Nov 18, 13 received letter saying petition has expired....Nov 21, 13 received letter stating USCIS received file and we are in AP and they will get in touch with me by May 21, 14....USCIS status then changed to Initial review. Filed a FOIA and got a response they couldnt release our records cause Solomon has to sign a release waver lol...If anyone can make any sense out of any o...

I think we are in administrative processing we are being sent back to NVC then they said they would contact me and if they are satisfied we could schedule another interview

I figured you not going to Nigeria and meeting his family might be the real reason, because is like you two are planning on getting married and he has not even introduced you to his family in real life which is like a cultural thing for Nigerian man to do. Still holding in there no NOA2 but no RFEs so still waiting lol seems neverending ..... glad people are getting approved now gives us hope.

Woke this AM and checked my adjudication dates on my timeline and they are mid April to Mid May oh im so praying that these dates are right cause they have been all over the place.....I know its in Gods hands but I keep praying and hoping......Hope all you out there are finally getting good dates on yours as well ....Good luck and cross your fingers lol
