Apple21 : I know its not an official email that says that his case in not competed. but usually its generated when there is a change in their system

is there anybody here who got their noa2 from nebraska and was shipped sept 27 to october 27 to NVC,,, who already have their case number and invoicee number.???
Mine was transferred om Oct, 22 . I
haven't heard anything yet from from NVC.

i recived a yellow paprer , they want me to bring all My passports ( new and expired one) with translation.

IF So, all these people who files before 5 months should in VSC should be all set now. but the case is not alot of people are still waiting and there application last more than 8 months ...

Processing time @ VSC is 5 months for LPR! what happend to those who filled there I-130 on 2012 and they have not receive any NOA-2 ? look's like its not fair !!

on the USCIS website they made an update for the new processing time. now its only 5 months, but the question is why our I-130 are not proved yet? some of usa they got transfered to NSC.
I'm just so confused. Someone explain this to me

nope husband filed i 130 for me f2a category im not in USA.... 
what is your PD? and what is the status of your case.what i mean is the petitioner for example are applying for citizenship, because some people who got transferred to NSC had filled something else with USCIS. my PD is nov 30 2012 waiting for NOA2

that is not NOa2 YET they just notify us about the transfer from VSC to NSC, cos i think much backlog in VSC but before that we will get another notification from nebraska that they already received our case from VSC (which is approximately 2 weeks from now for them to get the hard copy) then decision "NOA2".... so we need to wait still...
@konky we cannot check our files on NSC but we can still check our priority date online though, 
waiting time maybe more or less 1 month before noa2.
but one thing is for sure they will be working on our files... i hopeeeeeeee Hello cat 21

i think most of these who were transferred to NSC are changing some how there status

Send it now so that it can get into the line since it is now taking almost 7 months to get an approval for some people. As soon as you become a USC email the certificate with your request for upgrade. By that time you would have already have your case number. Good luck.
thank you apple 21 & velrich for your replay, just wanna make sure if this way is safe and faster if its the same thing then leave everything till i get my Citizenship

My status changed this morning to new GC in production no approval letter yet
