  1. Hey guys Starting my AOS its a lil overwhelming lol. So i have all the forms and filled everything out accordingly. I have some questions about supporting documents.

    1. How many passport photos do we need? Is it 2 or 4 to attach to the I-131 and a-325a?

    2. Following the instructions on the I-864 I am going to include current year Tax return. Do I need to include the other 2 previous years even though I am above the poverty threshold? Do I need to inlude pay stubs and W2?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  2. If she is in Korea that means she doesnt need that CENOMAR thing,i did mine in Singapore and dont need that.

You can get register and get your marriage license in your local court.

And is all that she needed i think.

thanks so much for the response. I thought i was right but just seems like certain dont know and talk outta their A$@. My fiance starting getting worried after going to the PI embassy in seoul, and listening to the person was saying. Getting everything together now and Im praying to God that I can send the application in the beginning of Jan.

  3. ok i need some more clarification and in the process give you guys the whole story together. OK here is goes:

My fiance is a filipina and has permanent residency in korea (F5 visa). Now after everything i researched and also asked the immigration lawyer from the beginning of my research was that "is my finace is living in korea, and has a divorce there then according to the u.s. immigration law they will view her as being able to remarry."

I am aware of everything i need for the I-129F packet. I also understand that she will need an recent NBI and korean police report as well. My question is will she need a CENOMAR for the interview at the U.S. consulate once we get to that process. Again according to wut i was told in my above statement, it doesnt look like she will need it. But just wanting to make sure.

2nd question is when she is finally able to come to U.S. for us to get married, do we have to go to Philippine embassy here or can we just go to a local court house to get married. How does the process work for us to get married here. I live in tacoma, washington and there is no PI embassy here.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My finace went to the PI embassy in seoul with a friend and i think the person they were talking to was thinking about marriage in korea and wut is needed, not so much for wut is here in u.s.
