Yeah..I'm still waiting for NOA2. Getting rough. Looks like you'll running the course pretty quick. At least things you you busy.

Stay positive. Everything happens for a reason, often unknown for some time. But nothing is ever without reason. (Just my take)Get all your papers in order for what is to come. Make a list of what needs doing. There is much that can be done in one sitting. I was told they're pretty good after approval in their timing.

Sounds good knowing the stages are faster after approval. I have no AOS package to turn in. I file I-864w. I have earned my 40 credits.

Great news to hear you got all your numbers. I understand your feeling confused keeping your mind straight. Filing 261 is a quick way. I'm surprised you didn't need DS-3032 agent of choice. But we're different countries. (this might be a reason)

They did updated to June 4 processing. Anytime now. They work on 14 days prior, and 14 days after the processing date. I fall within this date. Keep me up to date on your journey.

Hello, reading that things coming together slowly. I'm still waiting for my approval. How did you emailed the DS-3032? Did you write one yourself, or scanned and attached the form as PDF file?

Hello sunflower, at least the calling keeps your husband busy (ha). I say we have waiting with every step. People get approved, I will too. I don't know if you're a young couple. I'm 47 years. I lived in the states for 20 years. A journey I didn't think I have to undergo, but times changed.

The waiting takes its toll. We get approved eventually.

Than I only have medical left and the wait for interview date. My papers are all filled out. Just waiting to be dated. I decided to indicate my social security number on each writing. It might not help, but this way they're aware I'm inside the system. I am so ready. There isn't anything to do besides waiting.

I will file my DS-3032 through emailing. At the same time I pay I-864w and DS-230. When the payment portal considers it paid circa 3 days later it generates a label to print.

Than I can email my I-864w and send DS-230 per UPS. My supporting documents are ready to go with it, and I'm required to send the DS-2001 for interview readiness with it.

We have a huge time difference. Your right, we have to be proactive. The NVC is dealing every day with people like us being proactive. I have no concern not to be. I will get my case and invoice ID number before. (haha) Waiting until its mailed can take weeks. Because we're in different countries, we have a little difference in requirements. But the end effect is the same. We get to go home.

This is good news. The operator would have given you all the information if they had received your case from USCIS. I know I be calling every 3 days after my I-130 approval. I personally just like to get the DS-3032 done, and pay I-864w and DS-230 online with the case and invoice number. (ha)I'm already back home in my mind.

So nice hearing from you. Nothing as of yet. Why not give it a try and call the NVC hotline

(603)334-0700 provide them with your USCIS number. If they have your case, they will give you the case # and the invoice identification number. It says (press 1 then 5) hours 7-12noon M-F. It worth a shot after 3 days.
