Because i sent two i-864 with the same checklist the first checklist my husband sign with pencil and second sent we did correct with black ink

Just called nvc. Case completed today thanks god. Now waiting for the interview date.Hopefully august. Good luck to everybody

Got the email with the check list on the new I 864

Basically every thing was wrong,part 2,3,4,5,6,9 everything.Good thing i had a copy of everything so i called the nvc and ask what was wrong.The lady say that only part 5,item 8 was wrong everything else was fine.Any idea what to do here..Send a new I 864 or only that part.I want to send them next morning,don't want to waste more time

Noooo.He told me 45 days from case completion is the interview date. So hopefully you get an date this week.If you don't get it,two things..Or the elections in Albania or everybody on NVC is in vacation.I am waiting for over a year now,and NVC is telling me they don't have a procedure how to review the I864!!!! Unbelivible

Shpresa quick question. Did you send the old I 864 or the new one. I send the new I 864 and they say: we don't have a procedure how to review them yet and they are on hold...Unbelievable after all this wait with uscis now we have to wait with nvc again

A friend of mine at work did the I 130 for his mother. He is like 2 months ahead of us in the process and he told me ,month an half from case completion they give the interview date. So keep the hope high.....

OMG! This just killed me.

They get 20 business days after they've received it.. You sent it back on the 7th... even counting from then, you're at 13 business days. Sucks to wait but you'll likely not hear anything until Tuesday. Was there a reason you had to use the I-864 instead of I-864ez? More people should use the EZ version if they are qualifying on income only, are petitioning only 1 person and don't have a joint sponsor!

The hard copy came in one week.Nothing from NVC yet.I called today and they told me they don't have my case yet.I am going to call every day till i get it
