    My husband enters the USA with a K-1 visa and we already got married and we applied for WED and AP and we received it both them. Now he want to go to Egypt for one month. So haw can he do this, 1. Does he need to renew his visa that's on his passport?

    2. Does he can exist and enter USA with AP card or there any thing he have to do?

    We are so confused about this situation, so any answer will help.

    And one more this what is LPR and what does it do for AP.

    hi to all visa journey,

    all I have is one question and I hoped someone will answer me with the right answer because I really confused about this.

    My question is : me and my fiance got married today with our old names and we wrote it in the marriage certificate. So the court lady told us we need to go SSA and change names. so who should change the name me as the wife or my husband. and how we change our names do I take his last name or he have to change his name too. and we can write our new names after changing our names for the AOS package.......... and do I have to change name as the wife or it does not matter......

    our interview went well biggrin.png . the man who interviewed my fiance told him "congratulation you case has been approved and you will receive your visa in 2 week" and he take my fiance passport. so that means our case is not going under AP or they will sent to my fiance the visa in 2 weeks. and my fiance asked the man that is mean "we are not putting under AP" and the man said "you do not need for this, your case is wonderful."dry.png

    and another question is, is our my fiance visa will expire 6 months from the medical exam, like for example our interview was on september 19 and our medical exam was expired so my fiance renew it on september 17 so my fiance visa will expire in about march.

    and when we get our visa do my fiance have to travel right away or he can wait 6 months to travel and is this 6 months are divided like 3 months until he travel to US and 3 months until we get married

    All i have is one question. on august 15, 2013 i was suppose to have a k-1 visa interview and because of what happen in Egypt today, the u.s embassy in Cairo is closed,

    so if any one who was suppose to have a interview for last couple weeks ago, tell me if you have rescheduled or not yet and how did they rescheduled you guys.

    we have fill our k1 visa on august 14, 2012 and our paper passed to the u.s. embassy in Cairo on march 21, 2013 and we received our package 3 on march 30, 2013 and we send it to the embassy on April 13, 2013 and we received our interview letter on July 31, 2013 and our interview is in august 15, 2013.

    after we sent our package 3 to the embassy, we were sending to them everyday an email to them and the answer was the something that we have not schedule your interview and the last email i send to them i told to them that on august 14 we will have one year filling our papers and i found that our interview letter came to us after i send to them this mail. if i were you and our case has been over 6 or 8 months as it should, Lift up the issue of the foreign embassy in and they will finish to you as soon as they can................rolleyes.gif hope you get your interview letter soon.

    above of all we like to thanks all the members in this forum for all each of the aid they provide for thousandths of people.

    today we are so happy we got approved for our i-129F "On March 6, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-528"

    so please i need your experience for the follow questions

    1. about the i-134 form " in this time i'm in Egypt and i don't have work from the last 10 months and also i was working part time during my college so my question is i don have taxes, who can file this form "Dad for-example" or what can i do in this

    case.

    2. can i use the form's in this link http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1forms or i have to wait the consulate package 3.

    i just want to use this free time while i'm waiting for the package 3.

    HELLO GUYS.,

    :help: i need help with this situation. i am a dual citizenship. we know each other since 2009, we used to talk to each other on Facebook and skybe since may 2009. on June 2012 i came with my family to Egypt and got engaged on June 26, 2012. we mailed 129-f form application on august 14, 2012. until now i am still in Egypt with my fiance. on February 14, 2013 we received an RFE. my questions are >>>>>

    1. if i stay in Egypt with my fiance until our paper approved will be any problem with this?

    2. when my fiance goes to the interview, it is OK if i went with him over the interview to support our situation

    3. when i send the RFE response back, what is the expect time for the NOA2. if found that it says " A new processing period will begin when we receive your response" what does this mean? it means my case will start from all over or they holding on it until i response them .

    4. is if we got married before the interview should we filed the 130 application with the RFE letter or should we keep it like as we are.
