We are told to resubmit our medical.... 1 Year in AP.

On Friday my husband lost a dear cousin and a best friend in a car accident. He was one of the kindest and wistest young family member of ours who belonged to the Pak Army. I used to always think why my husband isnt getting his visa but today I am glad he was still in Pakistan to see his cousin for the last time. Allah knows best. May his rest in peece.

hi can you please tell me what the visa hotline phone is? I contacted the embassy by email but they do not reply to me. My husbands case is in AP for 7 months.

hi our case is very similiar, we filled in Jan, 2012 and interview was in early october, my husband is still in AP process ever since, we tried contacting them they tell us the same thing.

Seven Months in AP. Allah Please make the eight month be the lucky one. Its very hard for both of us. Our first wedding aniversery is at the end of next month.

Hi. I keep emailing the embassy after every 10-15 days however the result is the same case in AP its our 4th month in process.

Hi. You just do what u did by posting a reply on my wall. My husband wasn't given his documents back either. February 1, marked our 4th month in AP. At the interview everything was normal.

Hi were u given all ur docs back at the interview?

AP is a nightmare. I wish we knew how long it actually takes.

they did accept our new Sponsor docs I got a email reply from them which said we are pleased to tell u your Docs have been reviewed and Approved but ur case is in AP on 10/30.2012. lol after that they stopped replying to me. IDK y congressmen hasnt contacted me I am going to give his office a call in a week I think they might be busy due to holiday season.

The embassy used to reply to me when they asked us for the sponsor docs at the interview however they havent been replying about our current status. I did contact the congress me in beginning of Dec before I left California. My family told me they received a letter from the congressmen stating they have contacted the embassy and will contact me once they receive a reply. I am waiting for that too.
