Asalam e likum, sister dont worry today was a holiday, inshallah by wednesday u should or end of his week get ur passport. If they said it was approved then no worries. We were told there is still further processing and its been a year since then. I am very happy to see ur approval we are 0ct 2012 case.

thanks bro, but I am very disappointed because my case doesn't get updates kind of wish they hadn't called for oath again if they were not ready to issue.... Have u been asked for documents?

Oct 2012. Submitted new medical in 09/13, ds260 in Nov 2013 and finger and oath in Feb 2014 but still in AP.

Hi Grace Sorry I didn't see this post.. No I haven't heard anything I called Dept. of State and they said all the submitted docs were good and updated and case is still pending under AP in Islamabad. last update was 8 Oct. How about you guys did your spouse resubmit new docs?

Still in AP aswell they requested DS230, visa photos, and medical from us this month. Its been 12 months in AP.

Hi Grace, We resubmitted our Medical about a 15 days ago, Our interview date was 10/1/2012 so its been 12 months in AP. Our case was updated on the Sept 22,23,24,25,and 26th without me emailing them however since then no news.

I think our interview dates were very close to each other its been nine months and two week for us with nothing. Best of luck I pray to Allah that Fall brings good news towards everyone's way.

hi, my husbands interview was on 10/01/2013. Our interview went very smooth, my husband has never been out of Pak, but our case is still in AP for more then 6 months. Inshallah we will all be getting it. I hope 2013 is lucky for all of us.

my last update was on march 14 as well in AP for 7 months

Hi Nazish, I am on the same road as you just looking forward to our seven month on AP to be the lucky one. I tried contacting the embassy however didn't get a reply its been a month since our last update. Its very hard I pray everyday for everyone on AP.

I am in the same situation. I tried to change things by going to Pakistan in Dec and I did. Lived there for 3 months and 18 days. I hoped he would be on the plane right next to me when I came back to Cali, however because of AP once again I feel how u feel helpless.

No it just means they are going to do additional inquiry on ur case in Pakistan. It can be that someone from the embassy will come to your town/city and ask about your marriage and who you are to confirm the paperwork. Its normal. You just gotta wait for your turn and pray for the best.

you know they are actually doing something lol not to our case but I have a relative who was in AP for about 7 months and couple days ago some people from the embassy came to our local union council to inquire abt them. We just have to wait for our turn.

mine says the same thing except it was updated 2 days ago.
