  1. VISA APPROVED!!!! God is so good. So good. All the time.

  2. Fiance is worried that his translations need to be stamped in RABAT. I have no clue who got him thinking this idea. He met some man in the doctor's appointment. I think you need these stamps only if you were married in Morocco, right? Please post advice.

The translations need to be done by an embassy approved translator. As long as that is the case, I don't think there is any stamp.

  3. Hi, I have a question. I am now going to send in the AOS package for my husband and for the Form I-864 supporting documents they are asking for the past 3 years IRS - Tax Return copies and such. Before this year I lived in Brazil for 5 years and had no income in the US for those 5 years living there. Does anyone have any advice on what I should or could send in to avoid any issues in filing the AOS for him? Can I send in an explanation letter signed and maybe some pay stubs from Brazil?

You should have been filing your taxes from your employment in Brazil unless you made less than the minimum. If you made less than the minimum, provide a letter stating that is the reason you were not required to file for those years. If you were required to file, then you need to do ASAP. Being overseas does not excuse a US Citizen from filing taxes.

  4. I have met my love 2 and half years before submitting the petition and based on their requirment my case might get denied as they require a personal meeting within 2 years prior to filling.. i have been waiting for over 6 month now and i dont know what will happen,,im all sad about that

It's a difficult situation and I feel for you that you have waited so long before learning this. It's pretty clear that meeting within 2 years is a requirement in their instructions. Not sure how you guys missed it. But it's time to look forward and not backward! Get another trip planned and start preparing the next application! :)
