    Been a month now since we got our I-130 reaffirmed and still nothing yet from DOS. I called them they talking about call them back in a couple of days maybe our file will be their. I know GOD is in control of the situation so I am not even going to worry about it. I'm leave it in GOD's hand where I have placed it and just wait.

      I'm new to this so I don't understand what i130 reaffirmed means!!! Can you xplain and what is usual time frame! I filled in Nov!!!

      @mama iyabo.....reaffirmed means they were denied at the first interview, petition was sent back, reviewed and reaffirmed by USCIS, basically stating the CO was mistaken in denying, they then send it back through NVC who will send it back to the Consulate for a second interview.
