  7. Hello Avi123

My wife Interview went smooth. It took only 5 minute. 5 question asked.

1 What is your husband name.

2 How did he go to USA

    3. What does he do.

    4. does he have any relative in USA

    5. is she have any relative in USA.

My wife had to ask if Visa was approved because IO and Translator kept talking. Translator said visa was approved. IO was standing during the interview and translator was standing on his seat. My wife said everybody interview got approved there. It seems like they were in hurry.

sounds great thanks for sharing information . what was time like i mean how much is time gap between u and ur spouse my spouse went back to usa jan 2011 after our two months of marriage she was preganent by that time and and than we had baby in month of oct last year 2011 than she applied for citzenship and took like almost 8 months than she upgraded the case and now it is like almost nov 2012 i had b1/b2 visa 10 years i been to usa before on b1 and b2 but not after i130 petion was filled

bcoz someone suggested us not safe to travel usa once ur petion is filed so any suggestion on that does it make diifernce imean it is almost 21 mmonths we been waiting for each other bcoz of this process plus baby is like one year old .

  8. take it to the the embassy with you. I do not think you need xray at POE because my spouse is not here yet but after Interview they gave her xray back.

FYI I submitted medical packet to VFS.

Passport return time 3 business day.

ok good thanks thank you very much for the information. can u share how was the exprencie your spouse had at embassy with visa officer i mean that what question did he/she asked form your spouse

    thanks

You cannot submit your document to VFS no more so please hand carry all the docs to New Delhi consulate. Register to UStravel.docs website for document delivery address. After an Interview you would know if your visa are issue or not. I assume it would so Embassy would keep your passport and send it to your desired location which you provide while registering to the website i mentioned above. You do not have to submit anything because after 26th delivery of passport is free. No checks accepted at the embassy. I hope you already submitted all the required fees if not have dd ready for the right amount or Dollars. I hope this helps. good luck

thank you very much for the information and plz one more thing do i have to carry x ray as well with me at the embassy at the time of interview or does it require at the time of poe thanks
