Thank you so much! I emailed it Wednesday and I just got an email today saying they received it. Do you know when they'll invoice the IV fee?

I mean they said it hasnt been reviewed yet but its been 2 months. Should I just email them the choice of agent this time?

My mom mailed it 2nd week of August and when I called to see if they got it they said they received it Aug 20 but it hasnt been process yet. Does it take that long? They've already asked us for the civil documents and we've mailed them. We are now just waiting for the IV fee to be invoiced.
