hi, what if you didn't depart within 45 days after oath taking? what will happened? I am under section 319(b) i had my interview feb. 24 and my oath will be march 7, but i'll be going back to Philippines for our work this July. What will happened if you didn't leave within 45 days.

hi shadesandbalcony, where did your husband filed a petition? is it here in the Philippines or in US? Because mine was here in the Philippines and my husband was with me too and staying here in the Philippines (He was a permanent resident here but domicile in US because he is a missionary) Now based on my experience, your husband need to send any proof of being domicile in US (EX. Bank statement @ least 6 months, pay-stubs, and proof that he has a house to live there when you get there). Is is his mom is your co-sponsor? Because if hes income is enough to support you, no need a co-sponsor. He needs also to fill up I-864, With latest ITR, W2. If he own a business he still need to submit an Individual Tax Return.

Maybe you can wait for a while, all I know is holiday tomorrow in embassy because it is veterans day, office resume will be on tue. Or you can try to call the embassy on tuesday about the status of your visa.

Hi, macadamias I checked it online in 2go website. Before I tried it the same invalid but I try again the following day and it says delivered, received be Leonilo but I forgot the his surname. When did you send it? Are you the same case as me? Try again the following day.

Hi everyone, i had my interview last October 30, the Consul said all my papers are good except i need to get another NBI Clearance with the wrong spelling in my Birth Certificate which i never used it since when i was kid. I got it already the same day but due to holidays at the end of November I wasn't able to send it until Nov. 3 (Sat) in 2Go Courier. I checked the status and it says Delivered. Do you have any idea how many days will take to get the visa. Im so stressed in waiting. My mom-in-law bought us a ticket already and need to fly this December 17. Need Help...
