For the USCIS stage, G325a is something you need her signature on. So make sure you get that signed. And passport pictures.

You won't need anything else from her until you get to the NVC stage, a few months down the road.

Something else that I did, and I think it helped me considerably was the following:

I got my spouse's name change on all her documents: NIC, Passport

I also used this opportunity to change her residential address to my residence in Pakistan.

This will help you down the road when proving strong marital ties.

I will be going to get married next week. I'm kind of nervous! does anyone know what kind of papers I should have my wife fill out while im there so when I come back I can file the I-30

I have no Taxes for 2010 or 2011. I will have a job once I get back from my country in a month. Will this not allow me to sponsor my wife, since I don't have taxes. I will have a good paying job when I get back from my trip. My job said that they will type anything I need to show that I will make enough money to support my wife.

I will be going to Pakistan to get married to my Fiance for about 2 yrs. When I get get back should I file I-29 or the I-130. And the AOS I don't have a job as of now but have some offers when I get back. And while I'm there what kind of paperwork should I get from her.
