  1. Thank you so much to those who responded with helpful support and telling me that i will be fine. :) I keep praying that i will get the negative result on my culture test after 2 months.. So stressful coz i want to be with my fiance so soon :( we cancelled my interview this Nov 26, and thought i can be with my man in just 2 weeks coz he will be with me on my interview. :( I can't help to feel jealous to those people here on vj that passed their medical exam :( But i know God is so good and there's a reason why it's happening he knows whats the best and God has a best plan! :innocent: God Bless you all. :)

  2. Does anyone know how to get a special rate on a flight from the Philippines to the US once my Visa is approved? Also, my fiance will be here with me ... can he get the same rate if we fly together? Thanks so much. :)

  3. Hello everyone , its quite heart breaking that after many years of waiting its time to give up , anyone i could call or write with at least to make sure we are being disapproved because until now our online update still under Request for Evidence Response Review, since February of 2012... just for a peace of mind at least i am sure we are disapprove.... this past months ive been hoping that something would transpire with our paper but nothing happened , Any insights would really be appreciated thank you ... so much best wish and God bless to everyone whose paper are approved and waiting for approval... keep on ...

Hello there.. May i know what your RFE'S about? :)

  4. That's normal. It took them 3 weeks for ours to get done with their "additional processing" some don't have to and their case were forwarded just few days after they've received their case number.

    good luck!!

Thank you.. undergoin necessary additional processing does it means that our paper is in process ready to send to Manila or additional processing means checking our papers to complete?

  5. Yep. If you want to schedule your interview with your case number alone, you can do that with no problem, but you need to allow enough time for your case to reach the embassy. In my case, NVC received my case 10/17 and forwarded the electronic copy of the case on 10/19. When the actual hard copy case is on the way to the embassy, NVC sends out the letter to the petitioner informing him/her. I received my hard copy letter this past Saturday 10/27. It was dated for 10/22.

Thank you for that information. We will try that

  6. Hello there. I understand what you feeling because this is really a stressful process. I can just tell you about our situation and what work for us. We submitted our I-129f after we received the court decision on my annulment. We submitted the court decision along with the other documentation required by the I-129f. Because we had a complicated case with previous marriages, we decided to use an attorney. We believed that it was a good idea to use an attorney because the reviewers at the USCIS probably notice that and they may not request extra documentation because they know it has been reviewed by an attorney before submitting. Our I-129f was approved without RFE.

The question we still have is will the annulment documentation be questioned by the US embassy in manila. We have the annotated MC and Finality Certificate, but, both were obtained after we submitted the I-129f. Hope things go well for you and your fiancee.:thumbs:

  7. MNL case #, visa fee and valid passport is all you need to schedule interview appointment. You'll need that interview confirmation to do your medical at St Luke's. If your fiance receives the hard copy to his home address, just have him scan and email it to you then you'll print it. It nice to have but not required.

Pano mo malalaman na andun na sa manila ang papers galing NVC? at pwede na mag schedule ng interview? pag nakuha na ang Manila case # from National Visa Center over the phone? please reply... thanks!

  8. Hello Everyone. :) We are so excited now    We have our status updated to POST DECISION ACTIVITY On the USCIS website. They granted approval of our I-129f. We have a question.. Our schedule and travel to the US is complicated.. My fiancee is moving and changing jobs in addtion, we have two children each  We are making plans for their school and other activities. This makes our schedule very tight. We are trying to get as much planning time as possible. Here's the question at this point can we call the NVC and obtain our case number to use for the medical exam and interview or do we have to wait on the letter from NVC and use this for scheduling the medical and interview? Thank you so much in advance for your helpful reply. :help:

  9. Hello Everybody! I'm new here...:) Just wanted to ask i really want help :help: concerning the medical examination in Manila Philippines (St. Lukes). I have a few medical issues that I'm concerned about the three things are cavities in my teeth, possible cyst in my breast area, HSV1/2. Does anyone know the process if any of these things are found during the medical examination? Specifically, can my visa be denied because of these things and will they make me treat or correct these things before visa approved? :( Thank you so much for your help!
