That's what I thought too! They told us to submit the i134 at the interview and then when our sponsor didn't meet the income requirement and we had to find another sponsor they told us to submit the i184. I don't know exactly why they did that. Good luck on everything!

Thats crazy! lol i hope that doesn't happen. I was born in Algeria and have my citizenship so that shouldn't be a problem.

It took exactly 3 months (June-September) and then 1 month for the consulate to send us the package for the appointment and my fiance has his appointment in November

I sent the i129f in June. It was approved in September. They sent our case to the consulate in Algeria and now i am waiting for them to give my fiance an appointment
