To everyone still waiting on their approvals, don't lose hope, it's coming!!!
pretty soon you and your loved one will be able to look back at all this stress you went through and laugh (well, maybe)

Hi everybody, we finally got our NVC case number yesterday (!), after countless calls to NVC for the past month... We are relieved but also frustrated that something that should have taken a few days (sending a petition from USCIS to NVC) actually took so long (NOA2 - July 18).
So now that it's finally "moving" again... we are preparing ourselves for the next steps... I'm getting all the papers together on my end to send to my fiancee by DHL. I hope the consular officer doesn't go on a long vacation or some crazy thing like that... because at this point we have already blown past our hoped-for wedding dates and are going crazy from the long separation. I know all you guys are going through the same thing... try to be strong and remember that each day of waiting is also another day closer to being together!

Hi Everybody,
I got the same notice last night:
Post Decision ActivityOn July 9, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
My NOA2 date was June 18, and until now NVC has told me they haven't received my file. Like everyone else on here, their estimate went from 15 days to 8 weeks, which really just meant NVC had no idea when they would receive it. Hopefully now all of us who have been suffering through this intolerable delay due to this VSC->TSC transfer business will finally be having our applications sent out to the embassies so we can move forward. I've had it with all these ridiculous delays!

Called NVC again today and got the 8 weeks line too. They still have not received our case from USCIS, or have not yet entered it into the NVC system. I asked her why the change from the previous quote they gave me of 15 business days. She said it was due to the "onslaught" of cases. She said it might still be possible for my case to get in before the massive influx of cases, so that it might not take the full 8 weeks, but she can't say anything but 8 weeks. She said something like "that's what they're telling us to say now".
This is crazy, we are not talking about time-consuming research or analysis here, USCIS just has to send the cases to NVC, NVC has to register them, and package them up to send to the embassy. They have been known to do it in only a week's time for some people. So what could possibly be the hold up?
This is so frustrating. Just like many of us here, we are trying to make our plans with regard to my fiancee's living situation, the wedding plans, plane tickets, so many things...
It seems like every time we are about to score and get excited, they move the goal posts on us.

OMG I can't believe my eyes... It says APPROVED!!! as of 6/18!!
checked late last night before going to bed and nothing... still not touched since 5/30... was really feeling down. fiancee was really down too, was talking last night about what if it never gets approved or what if they send an RFE for something complicated and it takes more months... she was really not happy and i was feeling like a broken record saying that i'm sure it will come soon.
Well... I just checked the status this morning like I always do and lo and behold, it was updated as of 6/18... "On June 18, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."
I'm in shock and have to keep looking at it! it's hard to believe after so many months of waiting with no information to go on.
I hope that this is a good sign for all of the rest of us who are still waiting "patiently"... don't lose hope because things are moving now at TSC and people are getting approved. May you all get your approvals ASAP!!!

Hey gang just wanted to chime in...
I am in the same boat with you all who got transferred from VSC to Texas. My NOA1 is Dec 28. Got all excited about the transfer notifications at the end of May, and then... *crickets*
Thanks to Angelina and everyone for the great info. I've been reading through the posts and it really is wonderful that everyone is sharing information. Otherwise we'd all be wandering around blind during this painfully slow process.
Hope we all get our approvals very soon!
Anyone from TSC K1 fiance please comment when you get a case number!!
