  1. Yo,

Interview will be in a US Embassy

NVC approved all the documents and set up an interview appointment

I met my girl online! We dated for around a year and half, then we met in real, And one week later we got married.

And after one year or more we start the Immigration process . and we have been seeing each other every 6 month.

So Do you guys think we may have a ruff time due to the marriage after the first meeting ?

I need answers from people with experience plz.

    thanx

  3. In i-130 form, it asks for Documents You Need to Prove Family Relationship!!

and after some points it shows a note !!!

NOTE: In addition to the required documentation listed above, you should submit one or more of the following types of documentation that may evidence that bona fides of your marriage:

    E. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

    F. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

    G. Documentation showing co-mingling of financial resources; or

    H. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, the petitioner, and your spouse together; or

    I. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage); or

-The thing is i do not have any of that to submit since me and my wife are not living together yet!!, any ideas what do i have to do now?? i just wanna apply the i-130 form the way it should be?

-and when do i have to submit the evidence i have with the i-130 form ?? ( mails,e-mails, pix from trips and wedding, phone calls, air tickets and so on)

    Thanks

  4. Thanks for the reply guys,

-Are you saying that i should submit whatever evidence i have with the i-130 form ?? ( mails,e-mails, pix from trips and wedding, phone calls, air tikets and so on)

-and if you think that the 3rd party affidavits is gona be useless ! then what do i have to do , i just wanna apply the i-130 in the right way!

Kindly is there's away to move my topic from here to spousal visa forum, maybe i will get more replays

    Thanks
