Our impression was not, that this was the the final interview. More like a pre-screening.

May I ask what kind of information is in the NOA2?
-
Yes, they asked when it was last time we had sex. Nobody else had her house phone number, but they were of course stated in the immigration documents.
The guy who interviewed my wife had copies from the I-130.
Nobody else had those documents in the hand, other then the California immigration department.

Thank you very much for your concern, but she was definitely in the official US consulate office in Puerto Plata.
She was exactly at the address which you can find on the USA embassy website:
-
They asked her how and when we met, what my profession is, my birthday date, where the wedding was, the names and birthday of my kids, if she wants to be with me for x-mas or later in January, if I paid for her braces and jewelry, wanted to see photos of us on her cell phone, and more strange and very private stuff.
We do not know if that is maybe a part of new procedures or if it is that I send pretty much all documents (including ds-230, fee, translations, etc,)when sending I-130.
Does nobody know what happened to us?

They called her actually one day after I flew back to Florida in September, to come in the US consulate office in Puerto Plata the next day. That has been now 1 month ago and nothing else happened since then. The questions they asked her are pretty much the same ones I know, they ask in Santo Domingo. Some of them were very private.
We are still NOA 1.

Did anybody had an immigration CR-1 interview like my wife in the Puerto Plata US consulate office?
When yes, what is the time frame till the interview in Santo Domingo?
Thank you.

My wife, like I have found out now was not in the US consulate office in Puerto Plata. She was at a lawyers office who has been instructed by the Santo Domingo US consulate, for trying to detect any fraud.
Anyone heard of this?
