I am trying to bring my mom here and my case has been approved from USCIS. I don’t meet the poverty guidelines so I have to ask someone else to file an affidavit of support for me. Which form do I file I-864, and what form does the other person needs to file? If the other person is married does him and his wife need to file a separate affidavit of support?
