    I received my NOA1 like back in November! And waiting on my NOA2. I do check my status and its telling that my petition is in review. WHen i call USCIS they tellling me things i already know. They telling me information that i already read on their website. Is there anyone else i can get information about my I130

    I sent my I130 and E notification and all documents needed, I looked up my bank statement and USCIS already taken out the 420 but still do not receive any E notification or number to check on my status...is this unusual?

    what happens if i forget a document that suppose to be I 130 package? Will they send it back?

    I live in Japan and accidentally typed an extra digit in my address, would that effect my I 130 request?

      Probably not. My wife filled out the I-130 with a missing number in her address and no effect.
