-

-
thanks a lot, my medical is on the 25th and i have all docs, do you know if you can use a co-sponser in london?
-
Hi all, i was wondering if somebody could tell me if i send forms ds-230 part 1, 2x ds-156, 1x ds-156k, 2x ds-157, ds-2001 and my cover letter all at the same time? thanks for your help!!
-
i had one last week, you need to send the info asap as there is an expires date on there, mine is jan, and yes they only post it to the usc. also remember to put the blue slip on top of your file when you send it back so they know its an rfe and not a new application, good luck!
-
I see you got RFE'd. Do you know what for?
I got no idea, I guess I have to wait for the paperwork, that really got me mad though but suppose its not the end of the world just MORE waiting!
-
congratulations! im 6 months and 6 weeks today and still nothing! :-(
oops, I meant 6 months and 6 days! congrats again, good luck for the rest of your journey!
-
yeah i know and thanks, ive been following your progress seeing as you are in a similar time frame so congrats to you! my fiance has been married before but got all docs to prove she is divorced and i know her ex, we have become pretty good friends since me and michelle have been together and he sees i am good with their daughter! idk, im just tired, she is struggling and im powerless to help until they approve me, it sucks!
-
i know exactly what you mean! its a horrible process, like you said, there is no order or anything which makes no sence, people from may have got approved, #######!!! i really do wish you the best because this situation we are forced into is no good for anyone!
-
so another week passes and still not heard anything! this process is now getting on my last nerve now!
-
april 23rd here and guess what.....still waiting!
-
i am so fed up of waiting now, thats over 6 months and 7 out of 9 in my group are approved or rfe'd! obviously there is no order in the way they process these petitions, good luck to all vsc petitioners, god knows i need some luck right now!
-
you went travelling, you didnt actually move there, same with your fiance, i wouldnt worry about it!
-
yeah thanks mate, it nice to have someone say something encouraging! this process is crazy! im praying i hear something this week, plus i bet my fiance 10 bucks that we will hear something tuesday lol! good luck to you on your journey!!
-
so i was looking at people in my "group" on the uscis website and half of them got approved or rfe'd today and yesterday, does that mean people will be looking at my case soon? thanks.
-
devotional, looks like we are in the same timeframe!! good luck to you!
-
haha, i was thinking the same thing!

Hi all, i filed in april and will soon be approaching 6 months, i just prey that i hear something soon! it is great that there is such a good support network here though, it really does stop you from going insane except now i cant stop watching igors list haha!! good luck everyone!!!
-
im pretty sure that graph increase is for the amount of days it takes to approve which shows how slow vsc is! Im on over 5.5 months now, wish it would speed up but hey, im not the only one in this boat!
-
dannyb85, I'd be a little worried by not having a copy of it in case some or part of it is lost, plus not knowing exactly how or what you sent in. I would suggest making three copies of everything going forward and anything that requires a signature should be inked for all three copies. That way you've got a complete set ready to hand in should your documents get misplaced and still another set for yourself. When I did ours I made three sets, mailed one in, sent one to my fiancée and keep the third for myself. Anyhow, what's done is done so don't worry too much as I would think the lost and/or misplaced submissions are a very tiny percentage. Good luck on your journey.
thanks, i didnt even think of it until i read it here a week ago! we do have copies of the docs but not the forms or evidence, hopefully we wont need cpoies anyway, fingers crossed! are you at vermont?

hi all, i filed april 23rd, still no news but i noticed a lot more april petitions getting there noa2s now, guess we gotta keep optimistic although these past 5 and a half months have been a LONG wait! Good luck everyone, oh and i need to ask 1 question, is it a big deal that we didnt photocopy our i129f petition?
