My k1 visa just denied under 212 (a)(5) and told my fiance insufficient proof. Can you tell me what kind if proof or evidence is best to bring with you. We have pictures, air tickets, bills n all. Is this your first marriage?

Do I need to withdraw my k1? I even don't know what's my next step. I am planning to visit my fiancé in few months because he is fully depressed.. I really wants to go as per your kind advice so please guide me what's safe and best way to apply again.

My fiance didn't have any health problems. As his(my fiance) first cousin passes away month before our engagement so we kept our engagement ceremony simple we didn't invite any outside people we did it in front of his family members. CO asked him just few questions about the engagement and main question was why there is only few people and he explained all these as per our tradition we kept it simple to respect the departed soul. furthermore his parents told us to shun Grand celebration if festivals and marriage for at least a year as per our tradition. That's all.

I am completely lost and don't know what to do next. Please help me what's next step to move forward.

Hi every one, I am so frustrated and stressed out as my fiancé already sent his packet 3 on 6th September but still didn't didn't get his interview date or packet 4 yet. We called ans weitw multiple times to embassy delhi but they said just wait. I don't know where to contact now and how do I know that my fiancé will be in the next month interview date. And the main problem my petition expire on 5th December. Please what should I do now?

My fiancé have been waiting for packet 4 since sept. still didn't get anything from embassy. Please help what to do now. He got his packet 3 on the first week of sept. and submitted all required documents. We have been sending multiple emails and call multiple times to the embassy but they always told us to wait but till when. Ryan H, thank you for the reply. Do I have to call the concern embassy or just wait until my fiancé get the interview date. But I heard some story that embassy will call my fiancé for the interview but they won't approve visa the reason why because our petition is expire on the notice. Very confusing, stress and don't know what yo do.

I need a help here badly as per the1st NOA which i received from uscis our petition is valid until 5th December, 2012 and still my fiancé didn't get interview date in next month(November) list. Is there any one know what should I do and is there any forms I should fill up to extent the date. I just called the US embassy delhi for that they just said to wait but my petition is valid 5th dec. 2012. Need help here please.

My fiancé still didn't get packet 4 from US embassy, Delhi and our petition expire on 1st week of December 2012. I called the embassy but they have me link where I can check the status but the have space for just 12 digit and k1 petition have 13 digit case number. Please help me

should i call them or just wait for the next online appt. dates

My fiancé sent his packet 3 to US embassy, delhi y on 6th sept,2012 and still he didn't get his interview date till now.
